2. How does the pricing structure work?

Our Digital Management package starts at R7999 per month (excluding VAT). This fee covers all the services mentioned above, including website design, SEO, and social media management. The pricing for META campaign management is scalable:


  • Your package covers ad spend up to R6000 per month. For every doubling of this ad budget, our management fee increases by R1000.
  • For example, if your ad budget reaches R12,000 per month, your monthly fee will increase to R5999. As your budget continues to grow, our fee scales proportionally, capping at R19,999 per month for ad spends of R96,000 and above.
3. Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, there is a minimum contract term of 6 months. This allows us to develop, optimize, and deliver consistent results for your business. After the initial term, you can cancel the service or transfer it to another provider with 30 days’ written notice.

4. What happens if I want to transfer my website to another host?

If we are hosting your domain and website, you may request a transfer after the 30-day notice period. However, please note that while you retain ownership of original content (like logos, branding, and text), the actual website components—such as design and licensed tools—remain the property of Skyspear Marketing until full payment is made.

  • Domain Registration: We handle the setup of a .co.za domain if you don’t have one already.

  • Hosting and Security: We provide basic hosting, regular SSL updates, and security monitoring. If your site’s traffic or content requires an upgrade, we’ll advise on additional costs.

Yes, you have full control over your ad spend. If your budget increases, our fee will scale based on the structure mentioned above. If your spend decreases, our fee will adjust accordingly, though the base fee remains R4999 per month.
9. What if my ad spend grows significantly?

As your business and advertising needs expand, our service adjusts to ensure you continue to get the best results. Our fee increases as your ad budget doubles, capping at R19,999 per month. At that point, if your budget exceeds R96,000, we will renegotiate terms for further growth.

10. What is the process for onboarding new clients?

Once you decide to move forward:


  • We conduct a discovery session to understand your business goals and needs.
  • We create a detailed digital strategy, including website design, social media, and ad campaign plans.
  • We then start the design, setup, and optimization process. You’ll be kept updated regularly, with performance reports and opportunities for feedback.
